Support During The Holiday Season

While we take our break for the holidays, our Helpdesk will be closed on the 25th of December 2019, as well as the 1st and 2nd of January 2019. However, there will be limited staff available to provide support until the 3rd of January. 

If you need support during this time, please view our video tutorials and knowledge base at for immediate troubleshooting. 

After this time, our support will be available per our normal business hours which are Monday through Friday 4am-4pm CST, and you can expect a response within 4 hours during this time. Requests marked urgent are usually responded to within 1 hour during normal business hours. Support requests received outside of business hours will be attended to during the next business day.
