Spacial and CBS Partner to Offer Syndicated Programming
Program syndication aimed at Internet radio stations.
Dallas, TX, April 14, 2009 – Filling a large void in Internet radio, Spacial has partnered with CBS Radio News to offer Internet-only radio stations the opportunity to carry syndicated CBS programming. CBS Newscasts, Tech News, Weekend News Roundup, World News Roundup, and the highly respected 60 Minutes (audio) can be scheduled to run on any station using Spacial’s SAM Broadcaster.
“This is a first for Internet radio,” says Spacial CEO Bryan Payne. “Pure-play online radio stations now have an ability to provide listeners with familiar, quality news content from a major network at low cost.”

This first-of-its-kind program syndication from a major network opens the door to a new level of professional sound for Internet radio, while allowing each station to keeps its branded personality. All content can be programmed to run automatically within SAM Broadcaster, which is used by thousands of online stations worldwide.
