Your Mission
To handle incoming sales inquiries, email, chat, calls, customer service requests and issues raised by customers, providing appropriate resolution to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the business.
Your Profile
Junior: SC/HSC with at least 1 year experience in a customer service/sales role.
Senior: SC/HSC with at least 3 years experience in a demanding international sales role, including outgoing calls and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, planning and negotiating skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Willingness to work odd hours (4pm to 1am shift), Monday through Friday;
- Fully computer literate;
- Residing in the western region would be an advantage.
