Customer Support Agents, (Black River, Mauritius)

Your Mission

Reporting to the Customer Support Lead, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide technical support to an international clientele;
  • Make sure the quality of support meets the service level agreement's criteria;
  • Update documentation and procedures when required and improve overall support procedures to increase efficiency.

Your Profile
  • A degree or diploma in the IT sector with at least 2 years‘ experience providing technical support to remote clients. Networking experience would be an asset;
  • Willingness to work odd hours (4pm to 1am shift), Monday through Friday;
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), and must communicate clearly and confidently;
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Residing in the western region would be an advantage.
